Changes to topbos Terms and Account Closure
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes are communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of topbos after notification means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree with any change, you may close your account and withdraw your balance in full within 30 days.
To close your account, contact our support team with a written request. We process account closures within 5 business days. Upon closure, your remaining balance is transferred to your nominated payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except under exceptional circumstances and only with explicit written approval from our compliance team.
